We live in a world completely obsessed with Instagram filters and makeup tutorials. Honestly, anyone can look like an absolute model if they try hard enough or use the right lighting. But what about the inside?
Sometimes you meet someone who looks gorgeous, but the moment they open there mouth or show their true colors, they become the ugliest person in the room. True ugliness has nothing to do with physical appearance—it is all about character.
If you want to know how to spot an ugly personality, here are the biggest signs to look out for:
The Waiter Test: This is definitely the ultimate test. How does she treat people who are just doing their jobs? If she is unnecessarily rude to a waiter, a cab driver, or a retail worker, that's a massive red flag. Treating people she thinks are "below" her with disrespect is the definition of an ugly character.
Playing the Permanent Victim: Notice how nothing is ever her fault? Every single ex boyfriend was "crazy" and every argument is always someone else mistake. If a person cannot take accountability for there own actions and constantly plays the victim card, your dealing with a very toxic mindset.
Gossiping 24/7: Does she constantly talk trash about her own friends? If she sits there and tells you all of her best friends secrets, believe me, she is doing the exact same thing to you when your not around. An obsession with drama and pulling others down is a terrible trait.
Zero Gratitude: She acts like the world owes her everything. You can do a hundred nice things for her, but she will only focus on the one thing you didn't do. Entitlement without even a drop of thankfulness shows a very bitter heart.
Toxic Jealousy: She literally cant stand it when other people succeed. Instead of being happy for a friend who got a promotion or bought a new dress, she immediately tries to find a flaw in it. A beautiful soul celebrates others, but an ugly one just gets jealous and bitter.
At the end of the day, physical looks fade, but a bad character stays forever. All the expensive makeup in the world can cover up skin blemishes, but it cant fix an ugly heart.
